PRACTICAL TRAVEL GUIDE

Wedding and prom transport: the planning checklist

Choosing the car is one of the enjoyable parts of planning a wedding or prom. This guide helps with the smaller details around it, so the arrival, photographs and journey home fit the occasion you have in mind.

AT A GLANCE

A friendly checklist for wedding and prom travel: your passengers, favourite vehicle, locations, photographs and return journey.

1. Picture who you would like to travel with

A quiet journey with a parent, a first trip as newlyweds or an arrival with friends: think about the company you would like at each stage. Then choose a vehicle with the space and style to match.

The Ferrari 458 Spider offers one guest place with the chauffeur driving. Explore the wider collection for shared journeys and the EQV for up to six passengers.

2. Bring the day's locations together

Keep the collection, ceremony, reception or prom venue addresses with the arrival times you have planned. Any extra stops can then be included when you request the quote.

For a return after midnight, use the following day's date. Sharing the confirmation with the people travelling helps everyone enjoy the same clear plan.

3. Choose for comfort as well as photographs

Formal clothing, a full dress or a particular access need may influence which vehicle feels best. Consider how you will get in, sit and travel, as well as the way the car looks.

Our support team can help you check a specific requirement before booking, including any child-seat or specialist access arrangements.

4. Allow for the photographs you would love

Beside the car at home, outside the ceremony or at a meaningful location: decide where photographs would fit naturally into the day. Include the location and time you would like when making the arrangements.

Stopping, waiting, decorations and other requested extras need to be agreed for your booking. Support can help with those details alongside your journey.

5. Include a comfortable way home

After the celebration, it is good to have the return journey planned. Add the time and destination, with extra stops where friends or guests are going to different addresses.

For several cars or a chauffeur remaining between journeys, support can help agree a coordinated arrangement. Your outward and return transfers are the journeys specified in your reservation.

6. Choose, quote and book online

You can explore the available vehicles and complete wedding or prom bookings online. Add the itinerary, review the details and price, then keep your reservation confirmation with the rest of your plans.

For changes or a question along the way, use booking support with your reference. Wedding travel and prom travel have their own pages for more inspiration.
