What does AECCO stand for?
All Electric Carriage Company. Our core executive collection is all-electric, with a separate Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini collection for special occasions.
Can I quote and book every service online?
Yes. Airport transfers, executive travel, VIP events, weddings and proms can all be quoted and booked online.
Where can you collect us?
We serve Manchester and the North West, including Lancashire, with neighbouring Yorkshire collections such as Skipton and Leeds. Add your address online to explore your journey.
How many passengers can travel in the electric vehicles?
The BYD Seal seats up to four passengers and the Mercedes-Benz EQV up to six, in addition to the chauffeur. Include luggage in your quote when choosing.
Are the special-occasion cars electric too?
Not these ones, and yes, we noticed the name too. Our Ferrari, Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini vehicles are petrol-powered exceptions for special occasions. The BYD Seal and Mercedes-Benz EQV models at the heart of our executive fleet are fully electric.
How do I choose a vehicle for our luggage?
Add the number and size of your cases when getting a quote. For unusually large items or specialist equipment, support can help check the space you need.
Can I include stops and return travel?
Yes. You can add extra collection points and return journeys online, including different addresses on the way home.
What details help with an airport collection?
Your arriving flight number, UK arrival date, onward address and a passenger contact number. Our airport pickup guide offers help with choosing the timing.
What should I do if my flight changes?
Share your reference and revised flight details with booking support. They can help check your collection and any waiting or amendment terms that apply.
Can the chauffeur stay during our event?
For retained waiting, please speak to support so the time and arrangements can be agreed. An outward and return transfer booking covers those journeys.
Does vehicle hire include a chauffeur?
Yes. Our services are chauffeur-driven journeys, rather than self-drive rentals.
Can I arrange several wedding cars?
Our support team can help with a coordinated itinerary. Share the passenger groups, venues and timings you have in mind.
What if I have paid but cannot find confirmation?
Let support check the original attempt before making another booking. Share the journey and reference, but keep card numbers and security codes out of your message.
How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Use the instructions supplied with your reservation or contact support with your reference. The team can explain the available options under your booking terms.
Does fully electric mean a carbon-free journey?
It means no tailpipe emissions from the electric vehicle while driving. Electricity production, vehicle and battery manufacture, maintenance and tyres still have environmental impacts. You can read more on our electric chauffeur travel page; we do not describe the whole journey as carbon-free.
