Choose a BYD Seal executive saloon for individual or smaller-party travel, or an EQV luxury MPV for colleagues travelling together. Include any bags or equipment so the available vehicle suits the whole visit.
The building matters as much as the postcode
MediaCity is an area, not a single reception desk. Add the name and full address of the studio, office or hotel you are visiting. An entrance note is useful when the appointment instructions name a particular arrival point.
Any building pass, security check or studio admission is arranged with your host. Your AECCO quotation covers the chauffeur journey, without suggesting privileged access to the campus or a production.
From your arrival to your first appointment
Connect Manchester Airport, Manchester Piccadilly or Victoria with your MediaCity plans. For an arriving flight, include the flight details and allow time to reach onward transport.
For a stay at Holiday Inn Manchester - MediaCityUK or another hotel, enter the full hotel address. You can book a single transfer or include the next journey and return in your plans.
When the working day becomes an evening out
Continue to dinner, client hospitality or a performance at Lowry. A little planning brings the visit together without relying on a new transport arrangement at every stop.

Yes. Include their journey and a useful contact number for the travelling passenger. Add the building and arrival instructions supplied by their host.
Can you collect at a MediaCity studio?
Enter the specific studio or building and follow its visitor-access instructions. Your collection must use an accessible, permitted point rather than assume a security-controlled entrance is available.
Can six colleagues travel together?
The EQV configuration in our fleet offers up to six passenger places plus the chauffeur. Include equipment and luggage when choosing the vehicle.
Can I book an airport-to-MediaCity transfer online?
